Individual Coaching:

  • Multiple-entity Manager Coaching for high-achieving managers responsible for the results of multiple departments or locations. You’ll develop delegation and accountability management skills that produce results through others who are outside your realm of day-to-day control.

Shadow Coaching

Any of the Individual Coaching sessions can be coupled with on-site visits to observe your behaviors and personal interactions in your normal work environment in order to provide additional insight and guidance.

A company’s top executive team will receive assistance in setting strategic goals to increase sales, profitability and improve customer and employee relations.

Group Coaching

Litzler & Associates will coach five to seven professionals at the same level of business experience, sharing similar business goals, via teleconference. All participants will be provided time to address their own issues and receive the opportunity to explore related issues that will benefit all participants.

Coaching Clinic for Managers

A clinic held at your company will teach executives and managers to create Coachable Moments™ throughout their day as they interact with others. Managers learn to use coaching to replace directive, manipulative, controlling and stifling forms of management. 

Assessments

Litzler & Associates offers a variety of assessments to meet varied client needs. Nancy is a licensed Certified Print™ Coach. The Print™ Assessment is a tool that can enhance the coaching relationship by helping you better understand your behaviors, both positive and negative. Through the coaching experience, this tool will help strengthen your existing positive behaviors. The better you understand yourself, the greater the understanding you will have of your reactions and those reactions of others around you as you go through your career and life.
